2000 Z06 MAF question

2000 Z06 MAF question
I have a 2001 base vette. While putting on the CAI I dropped the MAF and some of the plastic broke off. I was still able to use it. But I have a chance to pick one up from a 2000 zo6 and wanted to know if it would cause problems to use it?

the z06 maf will work but it doesn't have a screen and may need a tune recalibration to work optimally but you can take it apart and swap your original housing onto the z06 maf

Just an FYI. There was no 2000 Z06.

or you can just swap the housings like I stated above and you won't have to worry about it
