Default Help needed: plastic trim push rivets

Anyone know the size of plastic push rivets (xmas trees) needed for an A-pillar boost gauge trim piece? They are very small and can't seem to find anything this size at Lowes etc.

Did you try Ebay? I've purchased numerous sizes of fasteners that were OEM for my cars. I would ask for GM trim clips...

Try clipsandfasteners.com. Since it's not an OEM part you will have to search by type and size.

These are not OEM, that is one of the issues, this is for an aftermarket part. I don't know the size, that is the issue. Also searching for these is difficult, because there are a number of names for the product, and some listed in metric sizes, some standard. I was hoping someone had some experience with these, and knew the exact size.
I had taken measurements of the beat up ones, years ago, but I have moved, and not sure where the info is now. Even then, when I knew the measurements, I could not find a match, eBay, Amazon, WWW, etc.

You can do one of two things - talk to the aftermarket part supplier, or measure up the holes, etc., and either get push pins or self tappers that suit that hole size.

Try this outfit - they have many different options and brands. You migght have t o do some measuring and searching to find just the right one but they have a great selection - https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/au...show=45&page=2

A parts place with a good selection should work

After more research I found these. Did a more general search, and the only place I could find these tiny fasteners was from Auto Meter (various places sell these).
3281 Pod/pillar fastener. Unfortunately they don't list the exact dimensions for a cross. I was hoping to pick up locally, but I guess I will just order a pack.

I've gotten pretty lucky at ACE Hardware a few times. They have a little section with automotive fasteners in the hardware department.
