Default C5 Gloss Black Wheels

I am looking for a new set of Gloss Black wheels for my C5. Does anyone have any recommendations.

I'm a big fan of the Forgestar F14s in an 18/19 combo.

If something happens to my Z wheels or I can't get tires anymore that is what I will be moving to.

You are asking for "recommendations" about something that is solely a personal taste item. It's like asking what paint color is "the best". How about you give everyone some info first?

What style of wheel do you prefer? Mesh? Spokes? How many spokes?
What is your budget?
What sizes are you looking for?

There are a number of forum vendors that offer anything from OEM to custom wheels - check out their offerings.

Questions like this seem to always come from someone who recently joined and has almost no posts. Shows the lack of effort people are willing to give to help themselves by just searching

Without people asking about oil pressure sensors, rocking seats and Bose upgrades there would be a lot less posts. All of the info about these repairs/upgrades are easy to find. Use the search.

Maybe have your existing wheels painted or powder coated gloss black? I'm probably going to do that.

To be totally fair to the OP, the search function on this site stinks...

Yeah, I agree. I have better luck just Googling for C5 whatever I'm looking for.
Also, it doesn't bother me in the least to see new members asking question about anything. If I can help them, I will. If I can't I won't even post.
I've just been a member for 2 1/2 years or so and I still enjoy helping someone if I can. I think I will always enjoy it.

Why chastise new members for asking simple mod questions about a car as old as a C5 in any Corvette forum.....??

He might not know about the search function here, it would have been a better deal for you to offer advice instead on what you typed.....

As far as black wheels for the OP on a C5, there are some good options here, good luck with which ever you choose...…

Other than the fact that literally every forum I have been a member of for the last 15 years has a search function, a quick google search is even more reliable. I very rarely use the forums search function, but basic google skills and a very slight amount of effort yield, literally, hundreds of results for "c5 corvette black wheels." Every time there's a new post that has been done 100 times before, its just more for the regulars to sift through to help people who actually put in the effort to help themselves
