Default Rubber grommet

Hello just purchased this 2002 used to have a 1991 lost in fire 2016. Took off the airflow system and radiator cover to clean the (2) K&N filters and also blow out the AC condenser and Radiator. My question I was cleaning the plastic covers and seen this rubber grommet does anyone know where it might have come from didn’t notice it till I started cleaning the plastic radiator cover.

Pictures speak 1000 words.

Your verbal description (as described) will yield zero.

That goes on the radiator shroud where the top AC line goes under it. It is to prevent damage to the AC line.

The grove in the grommet goes on the edge of the rad shroud with the other end of the grommet wedged against the AC line.
