Default Brake Bleed

I bought a brake Bleed kit with multiple hose adapters unfortunately it apparently doesn't have the one that I need. They're all too loose. I thought the standard tubing might fit but then I heard air hissing around it. Is there a standard size of tubing? Do they sell a specific nipple adapter. I have a zo6 and it has one bleed nipple. Another guy had posted that he had an inside and outside but I can only find one. Thanks in advance.

Speed Bleeders from the auto parts store. One man job. Use teflon tape on the threads.

I'm pretty sure that's the size I tried. Seemed to go on snug but then slipped.

I'll try the Teflon tape.

I've got the vacuum bleeder kit. I was thinking that's why it's drawing more air. Maybe too much suction? Can there ever be too much suction? lol!
I thought the Teflon tape might just get pushed back off the nipple but I'll try it.

You must be using a bleeder kit that draws the fluid out? Never had good luck using those types of bleeders, works better with a pressure bleeder that attaches to your master cylinder.

I have used these two in combo for years on C5\C6 brake jobs. The C6 Z06 has two bleed screws because they have pistons on both sides of the caliper. I hope this helps.

I'll look again for the second bleeder. I found nothing on the outside unless it's on the bottom. I'm working on the inside one. After market calipers maybe?

Default Speed bleeders

I'm getting these, it'll make bleeding my brakes SO much easier! Plus, I have 4 cars to maintain. The Quick Jack is awesome by the way.
