As can be seen by some other members numbers, those seem low. I am curious as to why. Let us know if you find anything out. :yesnod:

Don't let other members' numbers get to you. We don't know if they are always bone stock or SAE corrected, or even if the Dyno is accurately calibrated. Some Dynos are optimistic. Besides, dyno numbers are only one aspect of how well a car drives.

I got 347 rwhp on my 02 and the car feels nice and strong. Not worried here.

LT, those #'s are cool..........
My '01 was 348/345, box stock
My '02 is 356/345, box stock
MOST '01's range from high 320's, to 350, very few in the 350 + range..
As was already mentioned....Dyno's, and who/when/where they were/are done has a lot to do with the readings.
My #'s are from a Dyno jet 248C, same one, different times........dates.

I did not thik the number was off that much my 2002 ss camaro ran 13.00 mwith hooker LT, lid ,orp and 2.01 60 foot time and this car is a totaly diffrent beast it feels like a 12.50 car easly will have to wait for this spring to see what it really does the dyno is a good referance but the track is the real test.

Yeah, the Z06 1 through 3 gearing, light weight and great balance really deliver the goods if you can launch it well. You don't really benefit much from a difference between 300 and 350 rwhp until 3rd and 4th IMHO.

The shorter gearing definitely helps the 0-60 times though. If I had my way, I would love an extra 50-100 rwhp in 3rd and another 150 rwhp in 4th. Any more than that and I'm not sure it would hold on street tires. 1st and 2nd are basically perfect with around 350 rwhp (with street tires).

You will have to get a good launch to hit 12.5X in the 1/4 with 330 rwhp but it should be doable if you know how to stick it and have the right conditions at the strip.
