I have a 2004 Base convertible. I tried replacing the hood light, but it's not working. I checked the #2 fuse in the passenger side foot-well and the fuse is good. Everything else electrical seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

Is it an LED light? If so switch it around end to end

Have you checked the bulb? Has the wire connector from the hood light been disconnected at the connector on the front side of the radiator passenger side? Since I did not want the light on anytime, I disconnected the wire at the connector. I later reconnected it (to keep moister out) and took out the bulb.

Sometimes the metal contacts of the bulb holder require adjustment. Happened to my car. I squeezed them just a hair and it was all that was needed... GOOD LUCK
Verify that you have voltage at the bulb socket. If not check the connector from the lamp assembly harness to the wiring harness down low behind the fog light.
