While I agree the spoiler and Z06 ducts are just too much, were you put off by other elements as well? While I’m not a fan of BSM or tail light louvres at least they aren’t permanent.
Let’s all agree, it could be worse. There could be caliper covers within those wheels.
As soon as I saw yellow it became cringe worthy. No offense to those who love yellow.
Like redzg said, nearly all of that can be undone. Well all of it can be undone if you want to lol.
Yes it is priced into Z06 territory which is not very smart on their part. But then again, since it's a dealer they are looking for that sucker that's born every minute.
I've seen way worse for lots more. I take it you wouldn't be interested in the C7 ZR1 with the high wing.
I definitely like the low wing better but would not be opposed to having the high wing (if the deal was right or it was given to me).. The nice thing about the high wing it can be converted to the low wing if desired.. There was a '19 ZR1 on eBay recently that came with both the high and low.
I have seen a lot of rear spoilers on the C5 through the years. For some reason I do not like 99% of them.
To prove I am not a purist, I do like several of the rear spoiler designs on for the C6 and the C7. SUBJECTIVE for sure.

I donno... IMO that's a bargaining point to beat the salesman up with.
I'd tell the salesman it would cost me at least $1000 to take that hideous park bench off the back of my new vette, plug the holes, and repaint the lid. And you could surely understand there would be another $100 worth of pain and affliction just to endure the ridicule from my neighbors before I had a chance to remove it.

Two owner car, relatively low mileage, and no reported damage. Interior looks relatively clean. If everything checked out mechanically and there was some room on the price, I'd have no problem removing the add on stuff. I just purchased my 2002 this past Fall. These are 17 year old cars, and most have had many owners. You'd be surprised at some of the junk out there.
