Welcome to the forum, Marcus!
Not sure who all of Forum Vendors would have blue headlight bulbs. Ecklers ( http://www.Ecklers.com ) advertises a light bulb I believe they call "plus blue" but not sure how blue it might be. Two other Forum Vendors that specialize in lights are Sharp Light Innovations (used to be RadioFlyer Innovations) ( https://sharplightinnovations.com/ ) and Vette Lights ( https://www.vette-lights.com/ ). Not sure whether these two have blue headlight bulbs or not, but easy to check with them. Other vendors here may also offer that; you may try doing a search for the bulbs you would like and see.
Good luck with your quest.

Welcome to the forum Marcus!

Just a word of caution as to running “blue” headlights, you may wish to check your state law on them as a starting point. Here in TN they are illegal.

Another reasons not to get "blue" headlights: Blue is among the higher energy wavelengths of the visual spectrum. While red preserves night vision, blue does the opposite. You will find yourself getting eye strain not just because of the high energy wavelength, but also the lack of color definition. At 8000K+ color temp, this can cause severe eye fatigue

If you want the blue "Look" of high-end luxury cars, it's caused not by the light source itself, but by light bending around a cutoff shield inside a projector. The focal depth of the cutoff shield to the light source bends the light at the top of the cutoff pattern which appears blue but only at the same vertical height as the headlight itself (see below). The light itself and the output is usually a pure white (5500K) or slightly yellow (4300K). Which is very nice for night driving as it mimics sunlight illuminating objects in the full color spectrum.

By going with HID projector optics, you also gain a substantial improvement in pattern width, throw and perceived uniformity of spread.
