There is a dude on YouTube that goes by Garage Topics that has a Z06 with a cam swap. He works for one of the divisions of Holley Performance Group. He has a video of that exhaust.
All I can say is that it sounds really good, BUT it is loud and he's thinking about putting his TI system back on. Not sure if I remember him bringing up drone but it's wouldn't surprise me if it does drone.
EDIT, I believe he also lives in the Bowling Green area as well.

I tried in vain to find any real world reviews or insights about these last year when I was replacing my oem mufflers. Here was the only video I could find with a relatively stock C5 sound bite on youtube-
There seem to be several C6 guys who have them, and if I recall, they reported overall good reviews, except for the funny cross-bar type hanger that the "Hooker" emblem attaches to.
Hope you have better luck in your search than I did; I ended up going with Borla 140017 s-types. They seem a bit tame compared to what I wanted in sound, but I'm not doing any other exhaust mod, so I know my results will be limited.

Thank you Edmund. I found your inquiry on YouTube. I know a couple guys at Holley. I am going to attempt to track this car down.
Five O, I just found a really good Youtube video that just came out in April, features the Blackhearts w/o mufflers on a stock h pipe 98. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vXNXbDgmJs
Have you had any luck on your end with the Holley connection?
No luck locating him yet. Social distancing has complicated staying in touch with acquaintances or getting out finding vehicles at Cruise Ins. What I have done (as a lower cost test option) is install a Borla X-pipe and the Bypass Mod. For less than $300 it has given the sound a nice little bump. Will drive this way for a while and then decide whether to add an axle-back or not. Thanks again.
