As for spring rates. Silvers has a base line that they recommend for street and some autocross. I choose to upgrade to Swift springs after doing some research. The rates are the same as what was recommended from Swift. But I believe after talking with some guys that do a lot of Autocross that the rear spring rate is a little soft. May go to 572lbs for rear. But we will see how they do. There are a lot of factors you should consider when picking spring rates. Intended use what size wheel and tires you are using as larger wheels can some times mean more un sprung weight and corner weight of your car if your serious about dialing in your car to be as neutral as possible.
after I stall mine I will get ride height set and then scale the car and jack weight the car to achieve and close as possible to 50/50 weight transfer and get cross weight dialed in.
