Back in a C5
‘98 w/ 37,000 miles on the clock - I don’t think it’s ever seen rain by the looks of the underside. I’ll have a hundred questions as I get in to this since I haven’t had a C5 since 2004, but 1st off since it’s in my face as I drive it - doesn’t the dash panel gauge lights come on in the day time?

No the lights do not come on in daylight as far as i know. MY 17 GS do, car senses the light and if it gets dark or in a shaded area the instrument lights come on or brighten up. I think that is your question. Welcome back.
