Where are you guys mounting you microphone when you do the double din stereo mod?

I ran mine up near the drivers side visor and left of the rear view mirror attached to the upper windshield trim.

Did you have to loosen the a-pillar to get the wire up the windshield?

I ran mine thru the ash tray and clipped it on the cover for the ashtray / cig lighter

I have the new bezel it doesn’t have the ash tray anymore

I was able to run the wire up the a-pillar and by just pulling it back and tucking it in.

Ran mine up the a pillar and mounted it at the very top. 100% out of sight and works well enough for me.

I mounted mine on the cruise control stalk. The microphone had a built in clip and just clipdped it on. Ran the wire along the bottom of the instrument cluster and is hidden. Mic works great in that location.

Drivers side A pillar for me also. Top and windows down it works great.
