My stock driver seat just falls back rather than resting against my back unless i have the seat all the way back which is useless to me. What do I need to fix this, even if only temporary.
I've not heard of this before. Ultimately, I suspect you'll need to replace the seat. However, as a short term cheap fix you could try shoving a couple of pillows between the back of the seat and the rear bulkhead. It's a crappy solution, but I don't know anything better.
Are you saying that when you put pressure on the seat back it pops out of the position it is in and goes all the way back?
If so the recline mechanism cylinders are worn out. They can be replaced. The seat has to come out to repair, seat bottom has to be taken apart.

They may not be worn out but out of sync. With the seat all the way back, lift the tilt lever and rotate the seat back all the way forward towards the steering wheel. Release the lever and rotate seat back to normal position. Do the same with the lever behind the headrest. It may take a couple of attempts.

Yeah, the driver's seat is constantly fully reclined.
