Default LED License lamp HELP

Previous owner deleted rear both license lamps and put in thin Led lamp. One side is out. Anyone know when this is from?

I rather put back oem lamps but that maybe too much involved. I have no idea orignal license lamps connectors are still there inside tucked away or not. Looks like I may have to take out rear bumper to check but that's too involved.
if I do go back to oem lamps, anyone know where I can get the connectors and lamps?

Looks like they used the OEM wires for the LED's. You can look in the bumper by removing one taillight and use your phone as a video camera or a mirror or you might be able to see just by looking.

Pull the tail lights out and see where they are spliced in or just cut the wires to the lights on the outside and wire the new ones in. First make sure you are getting power to the one side that doesn't work.

I will take the inner tail lamp out and see if there's a wiring and connector inside over the weekend. The wiring to led lamp doesn't look factory wiring to me.

Do this - it should work fine and be easy to get the OEM lights back on the car.

Update Right LED light 3 out of 5 is burnt out. The two is on and working. Havent had time to pull the inner tail lamp out to see the remaining oem wiring connector is there or not. Hoping to do this this weekend. Time is limited with moving in.
