I remember seeing one from Elite Carbon Creations a while back that looked very nice.
There was someone that posted it here on the C5 forum, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard about them since. If I remember correctly, they are in Arizona.
I had already purchased my Apsis steering wheel, so I never did any further research.

One of the members here has a video of the one he just installed...If you do a you tube search on " vetonvettes757" you will find it.....I do not remember what brand it was.......
I really want to buy one from AZA Autowheel but haven't yet been able to justify the cost since there are other items I would like to address first. They have different configurations and materials and will custom build what you want. Here's the ebay link for one of them:
Once you get used to the squircle you don't want to go back. If I drive my C5 after driving my C8 I feel like I'm going to have to make a lot of stops and pick children up with that school bus wheel. Squircle is amazing.
As cool as that D shaped wheel is, I'll be keeping my new wheel for a long time. The old one was a super pain in the *** to get it off to install the one I have. It is cool looking though.

I have the apsis one along with his airbag cover. It's not near as flat as some of these others but I wanted the purple thread to match when I got the airbag cover done at a later date. That way thread would match since it would be from the same manufacturer on both.
Heading into the Gym now! Yesterday was C5 day, today is about the new girl. GM did really good job with this car. Everything that might look weird is amazing in function. Now I was a Squircle for my C5 lol
I like the squircle steering wheel in the C8, but personally I think it would look kinda weird in a C5.
The OEM and D shape steering wheels are just more period correct.
I have the same type steering wheel and airbag cover as Mark, and I don’t ever see me changing mine out again.
Also, consider the line of sight to your gauges.

Well boys I went ahead and ordered the "squircle" wheel for my car. It will look like this with a black stripe on top because I like it more subtle than loud.
