I don't have a Carfax for you, but if you sign up with Carfax and add your cars it will give you the available service history on your car, as well as an approximate valuation based on the Carfax report.

FYI I used badvin.org on a couple cars and I was pleased with the results.
A report on there is about ten bucks and gives the same info as what I found on carfax reports but also has more info, like sales photos and auction results. The only annoying thing that I realized later was the report is only on your account for a month, so save a PDF so you have access to it later.
