Default C7 Carbon

Any one have any experience with C7 Carbon? I ordered a rear wing from them two months ago and when it came in it has some very noticeable manufacturing defects. I contacted them and sent them pictures and was told by Katrina that I would be seeing an email with all the exchange information but have not seen anything. I have been calling them all day today to inquire about this and no one will pick up the phone. I have left voicemails and sent emails with no response. Looking at the website on returns and it reads almost identical to Corvette Mods policies. NOT ready to get into that kind of fight again!

I have quite a bit of experience with them. Mostly good. I think all this virus stuff has really set them back. Lead times are extremely long. I'm pretty sure they are not at full staff. think they are pretty backed up.

Chris I hope you are correct. The product is beautiful except for the blemishes. Looks like the fibers pulled on them somehow during the process and it make it look like there is a big dent in the wing. I never had a problem having them pick up the phone during the 2 months I waited for it though.

They were slow as hell, before covid, so I don't think they can use that as an excuse. They're just a poorly managed business.

it took them a very long time to send my side skirts but they came eventually and ended up looking great.

Well the good news is that they finally call me back last night and I have a email from them stating they are going to exchange it for a new one and will send me a return shipping slip with the new unit.

Glad you got ahold of them and things are on the road to a resolution.

I just ordered a rear spoiler and front license plate filler from them and they are very up front with the 6 week lead time.

Ya they told me the same thing...9 weeks later it showed up with defects.... Hope your experience goes better! Now when this all said and done it will most likely be a 5 month process!
