I find this interesting as I've had both the NCM insurance and the Hagerty insurance policies and I don't have a car that is less than 10 years old. I own five vehicles and of them, my 2002 C5 is the newest (18 years old). They both insisted I have a daily driver that was not insured by them though.
On my second year with Hegarty, 99 Vette, agreed value and drive whenever. All my daily drivers are older than 10 years also, lol. No issues insuring with Hagerty. 07 SRX, 03 Suburban. Daily drivers with State Farm. All this insurance talk got me to test the waters with the daily drivers. My son did a Gieco quote for me, $1000 savings a year, over State Farm. Been with State Farm for 40 years, my daughter had several accidents over 4 years ago and I really got jacked, rates never came down. Moved the Vette from State Farm to Hagerty, saved a little but a better policy with the agreed value. Bye Bye State Farm very soon.
