I was driving yesterday and never noticed anything while driving or even at home until I went to leave for work the next morning, and noticed this! Aaarrgghhh! what can I do to fix it? is it possible to push it back straight and get it looking great again or will I have to replace it? If I can just bend or push or pull it back straight again (which would be awesome!) what's the best way to do so? However if I have to replace the grille is it removable? if so, how hard is it to remove? (Also sorry, yes I know this thing is dirty but ill be washing it soon, no worries :P)
It will never be right. It’s made of seriously hard metal. It will have issues at best.
Buy another.
The mesh is held in place with clips secured by threaded screws that will be near impossible to remove, much less install without removing the bumper. It’s possible, but if you can’t remove a bumper then you shouldn’t attempt the mesh removal at all.
The paint/clear coat is old and hard. Take special care not to flex when removing/replacing the bumper or you will have spiderweb cracking in the clear.

Thanks for the advice! I'm seriously glad I haven't even messed with it yet because I had figured it would be like that (a complete pain int the ***) so I think regrettably, I'm just going to leave it alone. Functionally its not any worse then it was and, I preferably like the way my bumper looks without a spiderweb of cracks all over it. And I suppose the "golf ball" dent just adds character anyway, I mean the car stopped being pristine when it had more then 1,000mi on it anyway lol
