GM serial data bus: Anyone hack it?
I think someone did this for a C6 not sure if anyone did it yet for a C5. Looking to see if someone has built a "man in the middle" style of data modifier/intercept. The initial reasoning behind it is to get rid of the column lock messages. I tuned out the engine disable and I have a column lock bypass module that works 90% of the time so I occasionally get the message on the dash.
Or we have a way to custom flash the BCM to disable this?

You do not say what 'module you have, but if it is not the LMC5 (Compliance Parts) with the brown wire install, then get one. If you do have it, call Richard at Compliance 855-565-8388 and he will help resolve the issue.
