Have you tried C&S Corvettes in Sarasota? Don't know where you are in Florida, but they're a top notch shop for Vettes. You would have to call them to double check they do this work. But I'm pretty sure they do. Their # is: (800) 533-4650. Ask for Lyle. I'm in no way affiliated with them, but they did excellent work for me in the recent past. If they don't do it, I'm pretty sure they will know someone who does. Good luck.....

C&S doesn't do tops but they will tell you who to go to get it done with confidence.

i have had a top replaced on one of my previous
vettes. the name of the establishment is "convertible tops and more". i recommend you purchase the top from an on line vendor so you get what u want. (becsuse like any business he wants to mark up what he sells ) also changing the weatherstripping s a must for a clean looking job
he only charged 25 bucks to swap all the weather stripping. (cheap enough). i wanna say it cost me around 900 - 950 plus the weatherstripping. i wasn't fond of the stay fast top but he claimed that no one carried the original style top (totally restoresd 40th anniversary edition) which is y i recommend purchasing what you want.
i got the weatherstripping from zip. it fit really well and no leaks. if you do decide to get it done south of you stay away from pinellas park. i wont mention any names but if you want your car back in a couple of days avoid any shops in that area. mine was tied up for 3 months just to send my ecm for a reprogramming.. ultimately i sold the car while it was still in the shops possession and they jerked the new owner around to the point that he got one from an on line vendor and removed the car from their possession. good luck (ebay has plenty of tops for sale)

I was also about to recommend C&S Corvettes in Sarasota as well, however I wasn't aware they don't do the work. Agree they could probably recommend a good local vendor and "Convertible Tops and More" may be the place they recommend.
