Some time ago (last year) I had the calipers and brackets power coated for my 99 Nassau Blue.
They sat a while and recently I had a chance to clean up the inner fenders and complete the install.
New SS braided brake lines, drilled / slotted rotors, ceramic pads, finished off with HREs.
Original Post from 2019: I decided to have an old set of calipers powder coated and here is the result. Very difficult to select the right shade of blue without the car at the shop but I like the results. Decided to have the brackets and "Corvette" lettering in a shade of 'gunmetal gray' for contrast.
7/26/19 update: Calipers are rebuilt with new seals, baby steps 11/07/20 (I had to document the year): Talking about baby steps . Complete install with HREs.
