I keep this handy for just such an occasion on the questions around C6/C7 wheels.

No one needs to be injured here, self inflicted or other wise....

Here we go:

Base Model:
Front Wheels: 18" x 8.5" +56mm
Rear Wheels: 19" x 10" +79mm
Backspace/offset dimensions are as follows:
C5 and C6 wheel circle:
5 on 4.75" (120.65MM)

C5 (coupe/vert):
Front 17x8.5", 58mm offset = 7.03" backspace
Rear 18x9.5" 65mm offset = 7.81" backspace
C6 (coupe/vert):
Front 18x8.5", 56mm offset = 7.45" backspace
Rear 19x10", 79mm offset = 8.61" backspace
C7 Stingray Base Model:
Front 18" x 8.5" +56mm offset = 7.45" backspace
Rear 19" x 10" +79mm offset = 8.61" backspace
C5 Z06:
Front 17x9.5", 54mm offset = 7.38" backspace
Rear 18x10.5", 58mm offset = 8.03" backspace
C6 Z06 and C6 GrandSport:
Front 18x9.5", 40mm offset = 7.22" backspace
Rear 19x12", 59mm offset = 8.82" backspace
C7 Z51 Package:
Front Wheels: 19" x 8.5" +56mm offset = 7.45" backspace
Rear Wheels: 20" x 10" +79mm offset = 8.61" backspace

2014 C7 Stingray Corvette - OEM Stock Tire Sizes
(Michelin Pilot Super Sport run-flat Tires)
Base Model:
Front Tires: P245/40R18
Rear Tires: P285/35R19

With Z51 Package:
Front Tires: P245/35R19
Rear Tires: P285/30R20

Notice that the OEM C7 wheel offsets are the same as on the coupe/vert C6. The wheel diameter of the base C7 wheels is the same as the coupe/vert C6 wheels. The wheel diameters of the C7 with Z51 suspension are an inch larger front and rear than the coupe/vert C6.

Assuming you have OEM C7 wheels (and not some aftermarket clone with unknown specs) you have to do the same thing to rear C7 wheels that you would do to OEM C6 wheels to make them fit the C5. Namely just to clear the inner wheel wells you will need a 1/4" spacer. To bring the wheels out flush to the rear fenders you need a 3/4" to 1" spacer or wheel adapter.

The 19/20 diameter combination should not make any difference in fit over the 18/19 diameter combination. Off set of the rears is the only concern. Fronts will mount up OK.

I have 2008 C6 Y spoke wheels on my car and awaiting my 1" adapter spacers in the mail. I did however put the wheels on my car anyhow just to see the back spacing issue with the rear as the c6 rear has a +79 offset. I haven't driven the car as spacers are on the way but you can see the "issue" with the rear tires tucked in. Next is lowering a bit after driving around resettling the suspension Fugly if u ask me without spacers

Isn't the bolt hole pattern slightly different due to 7th gen vette having the larger wheel studs like the new Camaro?
