Will a little heavier oil raise oil pressure. On hot day mine runs around 35 highway speed and 20 at idle. 2000 with 90000 miles

Those pressures are within spec. Heavier oil will raise pressure to a degree, but that doesn't fix any underlying problems you may or may not have.

I use mobile 1 10-30, why? I don’t know. I guess it’s just a preference. Thinner weights just seem like water to me. Cars are getting 300,000 miles on thin oil. I use 5-20 in my fusion sport and it’s fine.
