Default looking for window seals

It's hard to tell which parts tore but from the top corner of the window you can stick your finger in there. Is this common with C5's for the top door foam to fall out like that in the corners

?

It's not common. But in your case, as long as it sat outside exposed to the elements, it doesn't surprise me.

Eckler's Corvette, Zip Corvette, and Cultrag are all great places to find parts you'll need for your restoration (they should have the window seals). You can also check with Vettenuts or post in the forum to find good used parts (although I wouldn't buy used seals). I agree that this issue is likely due to the car just sitting outside. It's important to condition the seals/weather stripping. The owner's manual suggest dielectric grease. Good luck with your restoration. It's very nice of you to help your buddy out.
