Driver side door
The front bottom of my door stick out and makes contact with the front fender. It’s not like my passenger side which is flush what can I do to fix it. I know about the fender adjustment but is there anything to do to the door also sometimes when I slam the door it doesn’t shut so I have to try again also when I lift the door up it doesn’t make contact with the fender but it is close

Does your door have some play in it when you have it open and then move the door up and down or in a twisting motion? If it does then I'd say you have a bad door hinge. That's what it seems like to me. Also check to make sure the bottom screw is installed on the bottom of the fender. I've seen those be gone before and the bottom of the fender will move out a bit.

Maybe if you loosen the bottom hinge on the door side you might be able to push the bottom of the door in slightly, then after you tightness the bolts see how it fits. Might just be alignment issue.

It sounds like your door is beginning to sag. As it's used more than the passenger side, the driver's side door is incredibly susceptible to sagging. The door itself is an SMC shell with a skin over it for the external body work. Over time, the door hinge can begin to wear itself into the SMC shell and make the door sag. You likely have some cracking on the top part of the door that isn't immediately visible and eventually water will intrude into the door. It's probably best that you remove the driver's side fender so you can inspect the hinges and the condition of the SMC shell.
There currently are no new replacement doors as all NOS stock has been exhausted, so you will likely have to eventually attempt to fix that door or try to source another good used one. The later is becoming more difficult as C5s get older. One repaired/replaced, the way to mitigate this from happening is never to apply pressure on the door itself. When getting in and out try and use the door sill, which reduces pressure on the door hinges.
