So my car is is either love it or hate it for most people. And that's ok with me. I've always built cars out of the box so to speak. Anyway the exterior changes are just about to my liking so my focus changes to the interior. So here are a couple pictures I recieved today of the new custom seat covers. Looking forward to getting them installed along with some other changes to the interior.
I think those are going to look great. I'm a fan of the protouring genre, having built a radical 69 El Camino protourer, in the past. Used to be a regular on pro-touring.com and lateral-g.net
I'm the guy that was kidding you earlier about those seat covers looking like a gator had snuck in your car.
As a fellow 'personalizer' my interior is also 'out of the box' and I love what you're doing to yours. Is the color one of the Ridies samples? Mine's from Interior Innovations which is a sister(?) company.

it is I had several samples sent to me before deciding on color. This is burnt orange. Not to be confused with the audi burnt orange. To me is more of a saddle color.

This is funny because I have the samples as well and that’s the color I would change mine to now!!
No, but I would now. I decided early on to reduce the black in the interior but not remove all contrast. I recarpeted in a pewter color and then went for almost every design option Interior Innovations allowed. Nova suede seat areas, double diamond 2(!) color stitching and perforated on the rest of the seating surface. This past summer I got burnt orange fabric dye pens and changed all the stitching to orange.
Here’s a few pix. Due to lighting I enhanced them so the orange stitching can be seen better. The center bezel is with real orange stitching.

looks good. I am the same trying to reduce the all black interior and introduce some of my accent exterior color to the inside of the car. My hood and wheels are shades if bronze.
