c5 corvette convertible
Does anyone know where to get the gold colored letters for the rear bumper ? It's a 2003 C5 convertible. The letters on the car are 1/8" thick and 2 of them recently
fell off in a car wash. Not looking for decals.

This is the correct answer. When installing, make sure that you thoroughly clean the application site. Also, in case you don't know, you should never take a vert through a car wash. It can damage the top. It's also not the best for your paint.

x2!! The older I get, the more money the drive thru car washes get!! One type I won't use is the 'touchless' type. Anyway....TIP: 2 of my sons once worked at the car wash. The one they worked at had a C4 owner!! When Verts went thru, they'd always ask if the owner wanted the top brush turned off/held in the 'up' position. I never knew some washes had this capability. So if you have a Vert, and use an auto wash, ASK if they can turn off the top brush. Apparently, some have this capability. This was the best wash in town......Until Walgreens bought him out, razed the building, and now we have a Rite Aid, Walmart, Walgreens, and Meijer Pharmacy in a town of maybe 30,000 people!!!!
