This is my first Corvette... 1999 Coupe. I can not get the Twilight option to appear. Do all C5 Vetted have that option. It is an American Corvette, not Canadian. Thank you.
I have mine turned off in the configuration settings. I park in the garage and don't drive at night very often. I don't want all the extra cycles on the headlamp doors. I'm sure the gears or module would just break sooner.
I agree with above post. If you garage the car, good odds the headlights will open as soon as you start it, even in daylight. Open the garage door, and they go out. If you can remember to always open the garage door first, that would probably work. But, imho, it is still more hassle than it's worth. Mine's been off for years......

If you park your car with the E-brake up, the lights will not come on until you release it.
I concur with it being kinda useless. I've never turned mine on. If I wee on some hell bent for leather driving overnight I'm not even sure I'd go through the trouble to turn it on.

This reminds me of when I was trying to get the competition mode working on my car when I first got it, only to find out it was an option in '99. No twi-light either. A lot of little tricks to this car. Enjoy.
