Your car is lookin good TP! Glad to see you back in the forum neighborhood too!
Thanks, am currently researching what I believe is my last planned cosmetic mod. Looking into wide front fenders and seeing if there is any way I could put super deep concave forgestar f14 wheels in the front clearing the C6Z BBK? Will see.

Yup I was back in Colorado at that time, loved it there but the traffic got really bad. Glad to hear you are planning on keeping the grape ape indefinitely, it's one of a kind.

Thanks, looking forward to the next 7 years.

I really like this shot:
Which headlights are those? How is the fit?
They are customized radioflyer headlights with morimoto switchback halos and light bar. The fit is good.

Thanks, the splitter, skirts, and wing are c7Carbon. The diffuser is corvette creationz.
Glad to hear you enjoy it so much.
I think the C 5's are awesome.
Bought mine new in 04 and have had fantastic luck with mine. Still brings a smile to my face.
So much so that I'm not sure what to do with it as I have a C8 on order.
Crazy to keep it, but I really enjoy it.
We'll see.

Im in the same boat Steve. I didn’t buy mine new, but it was 11 years old with 1793 miles on it when I bought it in February 2014.
I have a folder with Mike Furman for a C8 Z06 HTC in 2023, but I doubt I’d ever be able to part with my C5 Z06.

Curious if you ever figured this out?
In my head I’m thinking it would look wicked good if it clears, but super deeps clearing C6Z front brakes, I don’t know…..
I always follow along as I regret not buying this car, as I was shopping at the same time. Came from New Jersey if I remember correctly. Had plenty of mods I wanted to do and was the right color. I just didn’t want tan seats.
Fate would have me buying a silver one - a color I didn’t want and constantly regretting. Thousands later it’s where I would’ve been on day one lol.

I ordered the wide fenders and wheels back in April. Was communicated it could take 4 months on the fenders and as long on wheels. I received the wheels in 2 months but am still waiting on the fenders.

Hope it all goes together smoothly, really looking forward to seeing it.
