Sorry, have not seen readily available decals in orange. However, you may be able to talk to a really good sign company and see if they can somehow make vinyl decals in the color you want.
Try painting it yourself? I've had good results. Doing the lettering would just take time up front taping it off. Compared to the time spent sanding off the oem texture, the lettering is simple.
Try Rocky Mountain Graphics or Rappy Graphics - the Rappy place got its notoriety supplying to the Ford Raptor crowd, but they'll do pretty much anything custom w/ all kinds of color/style options. I like the reflective effect they can add to pretty much any color, the decals they sent me for my truck lasted years & the backing said "made in Germany" - must be decent quality
All that being said.....if it were me I'd take those plastic vanity covers & hang em on the garage wall, do a nice (safe) full engine bay detail w/ some purple power/degreaser & some extendable drill brushes (makes this type of job immensely much easier/quicker) & let that engine show itself off
At one point I bought a new set of ignition coil brackets off rockauto for dirt cheap then powdercoated em gloss red & reinstalled w/ some new delphi ignition coils - really looks nice & purposeful
