newbie question
Noticed while driving the HUD display shows the oil can/drip light on. The oil is full and the oil pressure is running about 40 PSI. Also what are the bars on the right hand of the HUD indicating. mine shows 4 solid and the rest blank.

The "oil can" means that the bar graph beside it is indicates oil pressure. If you press the page button on the HUD controller you will see the "oil can" change to a oil can with a thermometer in it. This means that the graph indicates oil temp. If you press the page button again it will change to another icon with a thermometer in water. This means the graph is indicating water temp.

as has already been said you can scroll through the pages to have the HUD display different things. If there is ever something wrong, the HUD will display the "check gauges" light. This will either be accompanied by a message on the DIC or a warning light in the gauge cluster.

If you have a copy of the Owner's Manual, all the displays on the HUD should be identified in there.
