control module
I would like to remove the control module from my '04 Z06 and have it sent out to reprogram the cooling fans. How do I remove it? Or is this something I could do myself with it still in the car?

I agree. Much easier than sending the unit off in the mail, provided you can find smm on wine with the right equipment.

Not sure where you are located but A&A Corvette in Oxnard CA can reprogram. If you are not near there tell us where you are and someone will come up with a competent nearby shop that can reprogram the power control module.
