If you are referencing the hand brake shoes, the above is a good reference. For the hand brake ratcheting lever, they are no longer available from GM but Corvette salvage yards can supply. No other source so far as I know-
Not sure I've ever read of someone wearing the parking brake shoe out. You can get the shoes several places, including Rock, Autozone, etc. For the hardware, including the shoe retention springs and replacement adjusters, I recommend the Wagner H7260. That kit also includes the contact pin that fits in the center of the adjuster, so pretty much the works. Before you get too carried away, I highly recommend a good google search on how to get the shoe retention spring back in -- it is 'entertaining' how blue the air can become. Techniques using zip ties as pulls seem to have found favor. I just found it a monumental pain.
Once you have the shoes retained, the correct procedure is to use a brake measurement caliper to set the shoe diameter to nearly the same as the drum diameter -- no external adjuster, so you have to pull the drum/rotor back off to make shoe adjustments.
I used a long artery clamp given to me by my now gone Cardiologist to get the shoe retention spring back in place. I am thinking that a very long nosed pliers might also do it.
