Anyone have any idea what this is under the drivers seat of my 2004 coupe? Thanks

I believe it contains the wiring harness for the power seats.

MWWARLORD is correct. I think it may also hold the air pump for the seats air bladders, which inflate for lumbar support. IF the pumps vanes aren't stuck, and IF the bladders still hold air........

It only holds the pump for the seat bladders. All I can gather from when I saw it was for sound deadening when the motor runs to inflate the bladders.
