My front air dam seems to scrape on just about every bump or dip, and being in FL most driveways have some curvature...
The car is a 2004 coupe with stock size tires. I have had the car about 4 months and wonder if the previous owner may have lowered the front end. The lip of the wheel opening is about 26 3/4" off the ground. Thoughts???

Corvettes scrape on the ground. It's just what they do.
If anything you should lower it down some more.
Oh yeah...im in for lowering it.
Question: if I lower the rear, for example, does that also lower the front to some degree? Or, might it even lift the front bumper like a lever point beyond the axis?

Lowering the back does nothing for the front, you lower the front too. You will be adjusting 4 wheel points.
I agree that it is stock height. I am stock height and scrap every single time I pull out of my driveway. Believe it or not, the car was actually designed to do this. Now, if you start scraping your radiator support, then you have a problem.
