Hi Lewis,
Sorry to hear about the Coolit issue. We never received your email. Did you send it to Sales@saccitycorvette.com?
Can you email us the name and email used when you made the purchase so we can get that Coolit back to check it and refund you.
We have sold several thousand Coolits and had very few issues. None of the issues ever made the car run hotter.
You say even at 55mph it got hot. I don't think that would be the Coolit because you don't even need the fans at that speed.
You are the first that say it made it run hotter. Not sure how running the fan makes it run hotter? Haven't herd from your friend.
Sorry for any inconvenience. Send us the email please.
Thank you,
Christian

Thank you Christian, yes that is the email address that I sent it to, but the S in Sales wasn't capitalized at the beginning on the original one. Just re-sent it.
I understand how the fans are programmed to work and agree it should not make any difference above 35mph, but the fact is, somehow it did.
I cannot explain why the Cool-It V3 is causing an adverse effect to my cooling system, but I tried to articulate it in the email. It is indeed strange, but factual. When I removed the Cool-it, the car temps run and maintain normal ranges.
Thank you for your reply.
We have Coolits in stock ready to ship so you can be ready for the hot weather.
For shipping to Norway also? I checked your product out yesterday and I was thinking of having it for the few hot days we have here. But I didn`t find it on your Ebay site. Just some other of your products.
What would be the shipping cost?
