C8 seats in a C5

Has anyone done it yet? How do we get a C8 owner to measure their seats for us??

I would think it should work, because I know in the track groups some guys have brought their race seats over from their C7s with no issue.

It will bolt up for sure, but will it clear the small tunnel? That's the real question.

Try posting your request in the C8 General section - someone who actually has a car may be willing to take some measurements for you.

My understanding is that the C8 seat is built off the C7 seat. As a C5 guy with C7 seats, I would bet they would work in a C5. Just one thing to note: The C7 seats (and presumably C8 seats) are wider at the bottom so when you start moving them backward, they do pinch the floor seat belt roller cover. I'm 5'8" and not a problem for me but if I were 6'6", putting C7/8 seats in a C5 probably not a good idea!
