Default LED headlights

OK I finally decided to do something about the poor headlights in my 2004 Z06. I solved the problem for 100 bucks all in. I brought a set of

Amazon Amazon

They installed with no issues, just remember you need to clock them to get the right light pattern. No issues with the headlights going up or down either. To improve the high beam even more, I wired up the following so that all 4 lights go on when high beam is on. I had the wires, relay and fuse taps on hand so just soldered it up. I guess, it can be reproduced for less than 10 bucks. So all in the fix is 110 bucks. All in it took me an hour or so.

If you do this, you will need to trim the fuse cover as needed so that the cover closes when you route the wires out. I put the relay outside the fuse box. In my case, since my battery is in the trunk, there is a big open space there to put the relay.
