Default Wow - how much?

Low miles but it is a '97, has F45, and . . . wagon wheels! This was Z06/AE money only a little while ago.

I am so confused, yeah. Low miles indeed but it's not like it's a crazy desirable year, color, or anything. Funny enough, I just bought mine on C&B last week: https://carsandbids.com/auctions/92o...rolet-corvette

Someone got a nice car, hopefully they enjoy it.
corvette prices are on the rise.
this is going on with any real sports car and SUV market,

just look at cars around you when you drive, SAD
terrible crossovers all over
purpose built cars are disappearing.

I lucked out really, people were confused about the damage in the Carfax and the posting was unclear. I spent a bit of time calling the previous dealer and the selling dealer to get to the bottom of it so I could bid with confidence. By the time the seller clarified in the comments, I think most bidders were discouraged and it was very close to the end of the auction. Oh well good for me haha

Wow $25K for a 97 with 13.5K miles!
Whomever sold that C5 has to be jumping for joy. That's a high price even with today's inflated prices. These are definitely the days to sell but not buy. I read somewhere Corvette prices are up 33% in just one year's time. The average car's value is up 25%. To rent a car is up %100!

It looks like the '97 is wearing the original Goodyear tires! Hopefully this is not on 24 year old tires.

Yeah, original "numbers matching" is not good for tires or other maintenance items!

KBB lists it, as private party, at $12,000 to $16,000.
