Alignment, fluids, and a thorough inspection. Also, it seems to have a high rpm rattle. I've read it could be the shifter or exhaust shield, but I'm not sure. It may just be the heat and the crappy gas. I just bought it with 29k and I want to dial it in and take good care of it.

Well, that's pretty basic stuff. You do have to watch in the valley where you go...lots of real sketch out there. Then there is the opposite factor; guys who charge ridiculous prices. I think the most reliable and "no worries" situation would be to look at Extreme Performance LLC by the airport. I did work with a guy that had a shop next to theirs. I watched the flow of their business and saw a lot of Corvettes in and out. I have owned several shops so, I know hacks when I see them; and granted any shop hires employees that have different knowledge and capabilities but they see a lot of Corvettes and that repetition is what you want. I'd start there if I were you.
