C5Z v Trackhawk
Didnt end too well for me yesterday. Knew something was fishy when i pulled up to the light and he immediately asked what cam im running. Debadged Trackhawk walked me bad. Easily put a bus length on me quick. I guess i ate a full humble pie 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

To be fair, the Z06 has a plethora of “tasteful mods”. 383, FAST, PRC Heads, BTR Night Fury, Mahle forged pistons, Kooks + X pipe, BBE exhaust. I also spun hard in 1st, and the dagger was taking my eyes off of my dash and directing my attention solely to him making reservations for 1 at Gapplebees.

Get better tires/wheels. Launching is the key. I would assume you have enough to have the same power to weight as a C8 which will pull on the trackhawk because it can get the power down. Get the power you have to the ground before adding more. Find a way to make that light rear end grab.

Assuming you have Nt05 street radials and not the Nt05R drag radials? The NT05 is good for autocross and twisties due to the harder sidewall. The NT05R would've made the difference you need from a dig.

"I've never lost a race on the street", says the guy who hasn't raced someone yet who is faster! It's like boxing. Mike Tyson and George Foreman had never lost a fight, until Douglas, and a guy named Ali, came along. Trackhawks have a warning right there in their name. The 'Track' isn't just hype and badges, which weren't there on this one. AWD and a Hemi make for one fast vehicle. I agree with Walter Sobchak, it's all in the launch......

Its not cam only. Car has PRC heads, ported FAST intake, FIC injectors, mahle forged pistons, btr push rods, btr cam, scat rods. Kooks, and RXT clutch
