Default Question about headlight module

So for a little background, last night my whole drivers side headlight got hit by a deer. Thankfully it didn’t leave a scratch anywhere else. The damage done was specifically focused to the headlight. It ripped off the headlight door leaving behind some fiberglass pieces bolted to the plastic bracket, so I know I need a new one of those. It cracked the bracket itself so I know I need a new one of those as well. However I am not made of money so I don’t want to replace anything I don’t have to. I was looking at the adjuster (hard plastic piece) underneath the flimsy bracket and noticed that a single screw that connected the bracket and the adjuster plate was snapped off. I am purchasing a new bracket but should I try to drill another hole right behind the one that snapped off or just buy a whole new module. I’m still having a little trouble figuring out what to replace. I’m including pictures if anyone can help me out. I do plan on switching the headlights to corvette innovationz sleepy eye headlights but since there isn’t much info out there on how to mount it and what’s included I don’t really know what I need to make sure everything fits. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated!

You can kind of see in some of these pictures that the washers that were holding the bolts to the headlight tight popped off so the headlight is dangling too

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated but I am a teenager in college so funds are somewhat limited. Thank you all for your help and time

Default You need to get new headlights.

https://sharplightinnovations.com/ Has the absolute brightest (high quality and easy to install) headlights on the market for the C5. Search DriveHub on YouTube for the video on how to install them if you need it. Also, if you have $1800 they have a full package for taillights, headlights, fog lights, and running lights.

Welcome to the Corvette Forum!
After reviewing your great assessment photos, looks like the headlight module took a good hit... And to really see if there is any hidden damage, you would need to remove it from the car and disassemble it on the bench for a thorough inspection to see what parts you would need...
Parts sourcing> You have many budget friendly options here that you will need to search out on the interwebs, from the corvette recycles to local bone yards, craigs list and FleaBay...
Searching FleaBay, you can benchmark costs to make sure you are not getting ripped-off for that "corvette tax"...
Additionally, be careful when sourcing parts for your 1999 because there are variances in the C5 Gen model year...
Some good Tech here on how to remove the headlamp module for damage assessment C5 Headlight Repair with a “T” - CC Tech (corvettecentral.com)
Cheers,
Goose
