So over the weekend, I briefly got a message on the DIC saying windshield washer fluid low (I was not using the washer function or the wipers at the time). The notice went away pretty quickly on it's own. 2 days ago, I checked the fluid reservoir and added a significant amount of washer fluid in order to get it back to full (the fluid I used was somewhat old, but I don't think it really ever goes bad). Yesterday, I figured I'd test it while I was out on the road. When I pull down on the wiper stalk, the wipers came up and worked as normal, but no washer fluid came out. I did not hear the sound of the pump like I normally would when spraying wiper fluid. After getting home I checked, and the reservoir is still full. However, what really threw me for a loop is that there was a single drop of washer fluid sitting just below one of the four spray nozzles. I'm not sure how that happened if the pump didn't engage at all. Here's a pic of that
Anyway, I'm hoping for any advice. Is this a pump issue? Is there a fuse that may have blown? If I do need to replace the pump, does anyone have instructions on how to do this, and the correct part number that I will need for a replacement? Thanks!

You would need to get the hoses off of each nozzle and use compressed air to blow from the nozzle side.
While they are off you can try the pump and see if it pumps fluid out the hoses
I think I'll swing by advance auto after work, and see if they have a pump in stock. I did a google search, and it looks like a pump swap is pretty simple. Since pumps are cheap, and the swap will take me 10 minutes, I think that will be my first step. I'll update tomorrow with my results. Thanks for the help.

STOP!!! pulling the lever arm back should make the wipers swipe once. The button on the end of the stalk activates the washer pump. The drip is likely from cycling the wiper.
If you don't hear the pump running, and the fuse is good, the pump is likely rusted up. This happened to me, water got into the electric motor itself and seized it up with rust - it was quite a sight, I wish I'd taken a photo.

OMG!! I'm a complete IDIOT! You are absolutely correct! I've been driving my other car too much. Thanks for saving me the money and time. I feel really stupid
Don't feel bad, I have stuff like this happen to me a lot. I drive my C5s, a Talon TsiAWD, Ford Expedition, and my girlfriend's Odyssey. None of the controls are the same and I forget where stuff is at.

Don't feel bad. I've been there more times than I care to remember. I'm just happy to help and glad you didn't invest too much time and effort.
I honestly had to stop for a moment and refresh my memory as well. At first I was thinking you twist the stalk but that is my truck.
So now, verify your washer pump works. If it doesn't work, consider following everyone else's responses. lol
Thank you to 3sACROWD. my issue was 100% operator error. At least I know what to do if the pump ever does fail. I appreciate all the responses. I'll try to be less stupid next time.
Hmmmm, interesting. This is to funny, but I honestly wouldn't have known how to use this system if I didn't read this thread. I've never had to use the washer part of the wipers yet. 😃 😆

Don't be so hard on yourself, Monty!! Some of the new safety features on newer cars can actually be a detriment when driving another car. The new style adaptive cruise comes to mind!! I've found myself coming up closer than usual when in the C5 with the "old" style cruise on, then an oh ***** moment, just in time!!!
