Thank you everyone for your help. The look I was trying to get was this:
https://ccwheel.com/gallery/black-ch...-piece-wheels/

I was told by CCW and the member here that these wheels are:
18X10 – 275/35/18 +41 offset to get a 2 inch Lip
18X13 – 345/30/18 +38 offset to get a 4 Inch Lip

Then, I called up Forgestar and inquired about the M14 wheels and the engineer there told me that I need to have a 10.5 front wheel to get to a 2 inch lip. Also, the engineer also told me yesterday again that changing to a 19 inch wheel will not allow for a 4 inch lip - It can only be 3.5 inches. The car pictured above has a four inch lip from what was told to me from CCW. CCW barrels have changed since John sold them a few years ago.

I very knowledgeable on modifications for performance/racing. However, as you all can see, I do not have this same expertise as it relates to wheel specs. The good news is given the backorder on the barrels, I can change my order. I am trying to go with that same look/set-up that is on this car - https://ccwheel.com/gallery/black-ch...-piece-wheels/. The problem now is that the tire choices changed from when these where made. Thus, as Jon educated me previously (Thank you) I need to go with a 19 inch wheel and that is fine.

I am now wondering if I should cancel my whole order and just go with Forgeline GX3 Open Lug. I spoke with them yesterday too, and they told me they could make the following set:Front 18X10 +41 Offset – 2 inch lip
Rear – 19X12.5 +33 Offset – 4 inch lip

Thus, what do you all think?

The problem you're running into is that you're chasing a specific lip size. As long as you're dead set on those lip sizes, the wheels are going to stick out. I'd personally rather accept a 1.5" front lip and 3.5" rear lip and have wheels that fit correctly, than to have slightly bigger lips that don't fit under the fenders. If you're ok with that wheels poking out, then either wheel will work for you.

I'd be willing to bet that the front wheels of the car that you linked to on CCWs site have a slight poke. That's easily hidden when you turn the wheel just a little like that.

The Forgeline specs you listed will be slightly past flush in the rear and poke about 1/2" up front. A little extra negative camber will make them look just fine though.

Your ride height and alignment specs will play into all of this, so when we're drilling it down to 5-10mm of wheel fitment, it can vary based on your car and whether they "fit" is even subjective.

Clint already listed 2 front wheel specs for you that will provide a nice flush fitment. I'd recommend using those as your baseline for front fitment.

Thank you, Jon, and Clint for all of your help! Happy Holidays!
