Where does this go ? Help, rubber bumper
I was working on the passenger side of my 02 z06 today, taking off the top radiator black plastic support piece to realign my air bridge. I heard something fall down along the passenger side of the motor, up front, and hit under thecar. It was a black solid rubber piece, about 1 inch square with a "smile" type slice in one side of it. I cannot find where this came from, but it is some sort of bumper. I have 3 or 4 pics of it that I am trying to get on this [post but might not suceed. If you can help me please e-mail me and I'll send the pics. Maybe someone can post them and tell me where this goes .

The "smile" clips on the fan shroud and it sits over the metal A/C high pressure line. It keeps the A/C line from hitting into the shroud.
