1998 Coupe Build
That is a 1977 Plymouth Arrow GT. We bought it from the original owner with 28,000 original miles on it. It needs paint and upholstery. It also needs tires and a new front brake caliper. Other than that it is in daily driver condition mechanically. It will go to my son when he is old enough. I wanted to paint it this year but it may not happen as the barn its sitting in is getting new bay doors and a few other things this year. I may not have the time to get it done. Still looking for a good upholsterer for it too....

I had a 72 Chevy LUV with an LT350 right after high school, circa 1993. I always liked the designed in Japan made for America rwd cars and trucks from the 70's. Always wanted an Arrow pickup to supe up.
Looking forward to a progress update on that, with photos of course, once you get around to it.
Recent motor pic of the Arrow. Only thing I've changed is the air filter, its sporting a small round Edelbrock now.
Older side shot of the Arrow when it was clean and not buried under a bunch of crap in the shop.
The Arrow eventually became the Conquest/Starion. You can see the similarities between the two. I had this pretty little TSi back in the day. It was a factory wide body turbo. Very very similar motor as the Arrow but with more displacement and forced induction.
And as long as I'm posting pictures of cars I've owned in the past, here is our first Corvette.
I don't have pics of his Starion. It was cherry though. He upgraded to a 99 FRC C5 and a Viper RT. But he always regretted selling the Starion. He passed away last April at 42. One of our last conversations was about that Starion. Even with the FRC and Viper in the garage he still missed it.

I got to drive a family friends Conquest TSI once when I was a teenaager. Not that I could truly appreciate what the car was in the driving aspects at the time but I still knew it was a really cool car.
The Starion/ Conquest was ahead of it's time in many ways. All of my brothers (4 of us) have been in the car game since we were kids. So we've always had cool vehicles coming and going. So not much has changed. Then my sister married a "car guy". And now they have three teenage boys that all have 60's and 70's muscle cars and suped up Diesel trucks.
We always have a good blend of new and old toys in the family. My youngest brother has the Viper now. Mom sold the FRC to my brothers best friend after I determined I didnt want to keep it. He had a Chrysler Crossfire as well, which he loved, for some strange reason. That too was sold to one of his friends.
Sharing my brothers car **** collection:
Thanks for sharing the pics and memories. Looks like he had exceptional taste in automobiles.

He did have exceptional taste in cars. He took after his older brother on that front. My cars were always faster than his and he hated it. Lol!
Now a days you can't even find an Arrow, a LUV or a Starion or Conquest for sale, never mind at a reasonable price. Hold onto that gem. You'll likely struggle to ever find another one.

Just a reminder to us all...Can't take the toys with us but we sure can build'em and drive the heck out of them while we're here.

I started by pulling the center consol. I cut the ash tray and cigarette lighter out.
I got a piece of 4" x 10" carbon sheet ¹/¹⁶" thick off the interwebs and cut it to fit the ash tray opening.
I taped the face to protect the surface and make it easy to mark the layout.
Thats as far as I got. The button on the right is going to be the purge button. That and the gauge are NOS parts. I was not aware how small the button was lol.
You can see how the front is cut the opposite direction.

I've bought 3 from JF and they've all been fine with a little underside trimming
You should *not* have to specify LHD

But yes they are a tight fit. This is my first arm rest cover but I got the shift and e-brake boot from JF Customs also. They make quality ****.
I like that suede version in the middle pic! You should also post a picture of your steering wheel, looks fancy and I'm curious.
EDIT: I found your wheel on your page. Its mad sweet. Most likely out of my budget though and my airbag was......nasty lol. So replacing it would have raised the price even more.

Thank you! No plans to sell it anytime soon. We've been waiting for the right one to come along for quite some time. And as far as a lot of work, its nowhere near some of the projects we get into lol.
For example:
