You know, since I got the C5. 3 new models have been released. Yes each model is faster and has more electronic features. But to me the C5 is the father of the modern Corvette in many ways, If you are familiar with the history you can see that. I have been happy with the C5 and I believe if I have a good car I’m going to keep it. For how I use the car it has plenty of power after the upgrades I’ve done. Don’t need or want all the electronics. So for me this corvette will be around as long as I can maintain it.

Congratulations on your 24th! 🎈🍾🎉
Your ‘98 still looks like new! (And both other sets of wheels are upgrades, to me, over the “wagon wheels”, but a variety of looks and opinions are important).

When I take the car anywhere, people always ask me if it’s new

We should start a "original C5 owners" league.

Well I still have the wagon wheels, not many miles on them. But I will never put them back on the car. I think I will keep the plate I have. It has been on the car for almost all of the life of the car. Just my preference.

Cleannnn! True testament that the c5's are timeless. I like the wagons too. Does anyone make an updated version of them (bigger size, lighter)?
