Looks and runs better than the day I brought it home. 24 years of owning one of my best cars. Ordered September 1997, built December 18 1997, took delivery January 5 1998. Thanks for looking.

How she looks today.

First picture with the five star wheels. Couldn’t wait to get the wagon wheel off the car

Trip to to beach. OBX

Still with the wagon wheel. Friend’s cars

One of the first pictures taken

Your car looks great - obviously very well taken care of and good to hear you still enjoy the car.

Car looks great. How many miles of fun have you put on her?

Pushing 52000 miles. Strictly pleasure. I don’t keep her at home. I wish I could but I don’t. Don’t like using the home garage for storage. I use it for my every day cars.

The car looks great! Congrats on taking such good care of it over the years. I am impressed that you managed to take delivery of it almost a year before it was built.

Thanks for sharing though. I've had mine for 8+ years. I hope it looks that good after I've had it for 24 years.

Frank, the 98 continues to look great. My 98 comes up next month with a January 98 build, picked up at the NCM on Feb 14th 1998

Thanks people for the kind words. I’m proud of the fact that as an original owner, the car can still get the complements from other owners. As an original owner and the one that put every mile on the car. I can truly see how good the C5 is after 24 years of pretty much trouble free years. I was lucky enough to be able to order and enjoy a brand new C5.Thanks
